Who We Are
Stronger Roots Educational Services (we, us, our) is a social-emotional learning enrichment program serving preschool and early childhood classrooms in Pennsylvania. We offer direct instruction to children ages 3–6 through small-group sessions and educator coaching.

What Information We Collect
We collect information in a few different ways:
Contact Information: When directors, teachers, or families reach out or register for our enrichment classes, we collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and school/center names.
Student Information: We collect the first names and ages of children in our programs, along with information relevant to their social-emotional learning (like communication preferences from parents).
Photos and Videos: With your permission (via our Photo/Media Release form), we may take photos or videos of children during sessions for educational materials, family resources, or our website and social media.
Website Information: We collect limited technical information like your IP address if you visit our website (through standard website analytics).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Deliver our programs and communicate with schools, teachers, and families about sessions and progress
Create educational materials, family resources, and take-home skill-building activities
Share photos and videos with families (with consent) to show what children are learning
Follow up with directors and program coordinators about scheduling and partnerships
Improve our programs based on feedback and participant needs
Who Has Access to Your Information
We share information only as needed to run our programs:
School/Daycare Staff: Directors, teachers, and program coordinators at your school or center need to know about participation and progress.
Families: We share updates and photos (with your consent) to help families support learning at home.
Chrissy Lloyd: As the founder and primary instructor, your information is stored securely and used only for program delivery.
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. We do not share information with anyone outside the program unless required by law.
How We Keep Your Information Safe
We take data security seriously. We:
Store information securely using password protection
Limit access to information to only those who need it for program delivery
Keep our systems up to date and use industry-standard security practices
While we work hard to protect your information, no system is 100% secure. If we experience a data breach, we will notify affected parties as required by Pennsylvania law.
Children's Online Privacy
Our programs serve children ages 3–6. If you are a parent or guardian, please know:
We ask for parent/guardian permission (via our Photo/Media Release form) before using any photos or videos of children.
We do not collect personal information directly from children online. Any information we have comes from parents, guardians, or school staff.
Parents and guardians can request to see, update, or delete their child's information at any time.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
Know what information we have about you or your child
Ask us to update or correct information that's not accurate
Withdraw permission for photos or videos at any time
Request that we delete information (we will do so unless required by law to keep it)
