Family Program Agreement 

Welcome! Here's what you need to know. 

What We Do 

Stronger Roots Kids Club is a social-emotional learning program for preschool-age children (ages 3–6). Each week, kids participate in playful, hands-on sessions where they learn to name their big feelings, calm themselves down, solve problems, and build friendships. 

Sessions are short (about 30 minutes), fun, and structured around songs, movement, and play. Each week, you'll receive an electronic resource sheet emailed to you that you can use to practice skills at home with your child. 

The Schedule 

Each program is offered as an 8-week series. Sessions are about 30 minutes long and meet at your child's school or center. When you enroll, you'll sign up for the specific day and time that works best for your family. 

Cost & Payment 

Cost per session: Varies per location

8-week program series: weekly session amount x 8 classes = total amount to be paid.

You'll pay the full amount upfront before your child attends the first session. This reserves your child's spot in the group. Think of it like signing up for soccer or a music class—we need the commitment to hold a space for your child.

  • Credit card 

You'll receive payment instructions when you enroll. 

What If Your Child Misses a Session? 

We understand—kids get sick, life happens. Here's how our credit policy works: 

  • You can receive a credit for up to one missed session per 8-week series. 

  • The credit will be applied toward a future class series (not refunded as cash). 

No refunds are issued. If you don't email to request a credit before the series ends, the missed session cannot be credited. 

Drop-Off & Pick-Up 

Please plan to drop your child off right at the start time and pick them up right when the session ends. Sessions move quickly, and we want to make the most of every minute together. 

Photos & Social Media 

We sometimes take photos or videos during sessions to show what the kids are learning. These might appear on our website, social media, or in printed materials. 

You get to decide if your child is included. When you sign up, we'll ask: "Can we use photos of your child?" If you say no, that's totally fine—we won't photograph your child, and your child will still have an amazing experience. 

Health & Safety 

Please let us know if your child has any allergies, medical conditions, or other health notes we should be aware of. In the rare event of a medical emergency, we'll call 911 and then contact you immediately. 

Pennsylvania law requires that I report suspected abuse or neglect to the authorities. This is to keep all kids safe. 

What We're Not 

Stronger Roots Kids Club is enrichment, not therapy or special education. All kids benefit from learning social-emotional skills—it's not something your child needs to "fix." Every child in the group will learn at their own pace. 

We also can't promise that your child will be "cured" of big feelings or behavior challenges after one session or one 8-week series. Social-emotional learning takes time and works best when skills are practiced both in class and at home. We're here to give your child tools; using them is up to your family.

Ready to Enroll? 

Stronger Roots Kids Club - Enrichment class registration & family agreement – Fill out form

Great! To enroll your child, you'll need to fill out a quick online form that confirms you've read this agreement and consent to the program terms. We'll also ask a few questions about your child, which time slot you'd like, and how to reach you in an emergency. 

The form takes about 2 minutes and covers: 

  • Your name and contact info 

  • Your child's name and date of birth 

  • Which time slot you'd like to enroll in 

  • Emergency contact information 

  • Any allergies or health notes 

  • Your choice about photos (yes or no) 

  • Your confirmation that you understand the payment and credit policy 

Once you submit the form and make payment, your child's spot is reserved!
